Refund policy

Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for routine returns.

To request a return, email naturalliebathandbody@gmail.com. Please wait for approval before sending anything back. We’ll provide the return address and instructions if your return is approved. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at naturalliebathandbody@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Opened or used personal-care products, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for routine returns. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item. These exclusions do not affect your rights under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return an eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, subject to applicable law and its exceptions. You’ll need proof of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact naturalliebathandbody@gmail.com.
